Imogen Russell
Imogen is a 400m hurdler and 400m sprinter whose passion for athletics drives her every day. Beyond the track, she is also a qualified dietitian with a love for sharing knowledge and creativity through her YouTube channel and podcast.
Her journey in sport has been shaped by both triumphs and challenges. After experiencing an eating disorder in her late teens and early twenties, triggered by a major injury that left her unable to run or compete, Imogen found motivation for recovery in her deep love of athletics. Returning to competition and rediscovering her strength became not only a personal victory but also a source of inspiration she now shares openly with others.
This experience sparked her pursuit of dietetics, where her passion lies in promoting a healthy relationship with food and body. Imogen believes that nourishing your body is essential for every aspect of health, mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual, and that you can’t be a strong athlete without first being a happy, healthy human.
Now fuelled and thriving, Imogen continues to chase her goals on the track while encouraging others to prioritise health, resilience, and self-belief.

Mads biddulph-wall
Mads Biddulph-Wall found running after years of infertility challenges left her feeling disconnected from her body. Once the “least sporty kid ever,” she’s now passionate about showing women that no matter their starting point, they are capable of doing hard things.
Mads biddulph-wall
Mads Biddulph-Wall never saw herself as an athlete. Growing up, she was the “least sporty kid ever” and carried that belief into adulthood. After several years of infertility struggles that left her feeling disconnected from her body and stuck in a mental and physical rut, she turned to running as a way to regain some control.
What started as a small step quickly became a passion. Running not only rebuilt her strength but also transformed the way she saw herself, proving that she was capable of resilience, growth, and pushing through challenges.
Now, Mads shares her journey to inspire other women who’ve been told they’re “unsporty.” Her message is simple but powerful: you can do hard things. Whether it’s lacing up for the first time or chasing new personal goals, she believes running has the power to change lives, just as it changed hers.
